Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a nationally recognized membership-based model that removes insurance from the equation in order to restore the heart of healthcare between physician and patient: real relationships, easy access, and deeply personalized care.
No copays.
No surprise bills.
Just the care from and access to your physician that you’ve been looking for.
Standard Membership Rates:
Individual: $200/month
Couple/Two Adults: $350/month
Family (Two adults, and up to two children who are 26 years or younger): $500/month
Single Parent (One adult and one child who is 26 years or younger): $270/month
Add children who are 26 years or younger: $75/month
Discounts available for single young adults
All memberships are also subject to a $150 per person enrollment fee. If you join before January 22, 2026, this fee will be waived.
Founders Membership Rates:
A Founder is an existing patient, either someone who is transferring from my former insurance-based practice, or who is already using my hormone, weight loss, or sexual health services.
The first 50 of my existing patients to sign up for my new Direct Primary Care offering will be given special Founders’ Pricing for the first year (Feb. 1, 2026 through Jan. 31, 2027) of:
Individual: $150/month
Couple/Two Adults: $300/month
Family (Two adults, and up to two children who are 26 years or younger): $400/month
Single Parent (One adult and one child who is 26 years or younger): $200/month
Add children who are 26 years or younger: $50/month
All memberships are also subject to a $150 per person enrollment fee. If you join before January 22, 2026, this fee will be waived.
