  • Nexplanon placement and removal (Nexplanon is an additional cost)

Coordination of Care 

  • Referrals to specialists 

  • Managing care across multiple providers 

  • Prior authorizations 

  • Completion of forms and letters

In-Office Testing

  • Urinalysis for UTI no cost 

  • Viral swabs, such as Flu, Covid, RSV, Strep (at discounted fee, depending on cost of materials)
