Evelin Molina Dacker, MD
I’m Dr. Evelin Molina Dacker, a Board-Certified Family Physician with more than thirty years of experience caring for individuals and families through every season of life. Over the decades, my work has expanded far beyond conventional medicine.
I’ve trained in integrative and functional medicine with leaders like Dr. Andrew Weil and the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and Dr. Mark Hyman’s programs in root-cause and systems-based care.
My clinical practice is informed by additional training in sexual medicine with Dr. Rachel Rubin and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, sexual counseling through the Sexual Health Alliance, certification through the Menopause Society, and trauma-informed facilitation through The Field Model, and advanced education in menopausal care, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine.
I am also the creator of The STARS Talk, a framework for conscious, compassionate communication that has been taught internationally and featured in my TEDx Talk, on NPR’s Life Kit, and throughout medical education programs including OHSU, Salem Health, and Pacific University. My work in sexual health, communication, and relational wellbeing has reached thousands through workshops, conferences, podcasts, and community education.
Before founding Wild Woman Wellness Medicine, I served as Executive Director of Sex Positive Portland from 2018-2020, where I helped guide a community toward healthier relationship practices, consent culture, and embodiment. I was the Medical Director and owner of VIDA Integrative Medicine and Behavioral Health until it closed in 2024. I am a speaker, educator, and writer committed to shifting our cultural narratives around sexuality, aging, and wellbeing. My Substack and upcoming book, The STARS Talk: A Guide to Conscious Dating, reflect my dedication to bridging the personal and the medical, the scientific and the soulful.
My own life experiences — navigating motherhood, midlife, loss, reinvention, and the profound transformations of menopause — shape the depth of my work. I know what it means to rebuild from the inside out, to listen to the wisdom of the body, and to claim one’s truth with courage. This lived experience is woven into every interaction I have with patients and my community
Wild Woman Wellness Medicine is the culmination of all these chapters, a practice where I integrate functional medicine, trauma awareness, hormone and metabolic optimization, sexual wellbeing, and relational clarity into a model of care that is deeply personal, grounded in science, and aligned with who I am as a physician and human.
I bring my full self to this work — the clinician, the teacher, the mother, the community-builder, the woman who has walked through fire and returned with her wild intact. If you are ready to be seen in your wholeness, explore your vitality, and transform your health from the inside out, I’m here to walk with you.
