Journey To “The Wise Woman”: In To Me I See (Intimacy) Women's Circle, A Group for Cis Women Over 40
We have a 5-week, 6-Session, in-person journey coming up right at the beginning of the new year, for anyone who identifies as a cis woman ages 40-50, and who live in the Salem, Oregon area.

Vida Integrative Medicine just turned 18!
I realize how much my practice of medicine has grown, expanded and then become more focused. In the past 18 years I have gotten my board certification in Integrative and Holistic Medicine, certified in Functional Medicine, developed programs for comprehensive sex education, been featured in an NPR Podcast (Life Kit: How to Talk About STIs) and recently completed The Field Trauma-Informed Facilitator program.
With all this in mind, I am holding for the first time a woman’s circle to navigate the perimenopause and menopause years. The group will meet six times to cover topics such as embodiment, boundaries, pleasure, and the journey to "The Wise Woman" years. In these sessions we will have teachings, connection exercises, embodiment practices and discussion. While I am trauma-aware, educated and informed, I am not a psychologist or trauma therapist.
